Cool Green & Shady is able to offer delivery to over 150 countries worldwide through our international affiliates. However, certain consideration must be taking into account for these special deliveries.

Product Design and Selection: due to the diversity in flower selection and seasonal time periods around the world, specific floral arrangements and styles may not be available. In order to accommodate this, international delivery styles are based upon the local customs and traditions of the recipient area. This ensures that your delivery is appropriate for the occasion and location. Therefore, you will find the product listing for international deliveries is very simple. We can assure you, however, that your delivery will always be beautiful!

Delivery Dates: due to language barriers and time zone differences, we are unable to offer same day delivery on international orders. We do guarantee that your order will be delivered within three business days.

Floral Delivery Charge: an additional $10.00 fee will be added to your delivery charge to cover an international relay fee required to fulfill your order when it is being sent to international locations beyond Canada or the United States. This will bring your total delivery charge to $19.99 per item.

Pricing: the prices quoted on international items are intended to provide you with an estimate only. These prices may vary based on currency exchange rates, and, in the event that we cannot fulfill your order for the designated amount, we will notify you prior to fulfilling your order.
